2. ENDO Sculpt™ Laser — our trademarked subdermal laser step that delivers controlled thermal energy to help support skin contraction and tightening after fat removal.
The reason we combine these two steps is simple. When a small fat pocket is removed, the overlying skin can sometimes look loose or deflated because there is less tissue beneath it.
The ENDO Sculpt™ laser step is designed to encourage the skin to contract and re-drape over the new contour, rather than leaving it slack.
After a thorough assessment, the treatment area — most commonly the stomach (abdomen) or love handles (flanks) — is carefully marked while you are standing. A tumescent local anaesthetic solution (a dilute mixture of local anaesthetic and adrenaline) is gently introduced
into the fatty layer. This numbs the area, reduces bleeding, and firms the fat so it can be removed smoothly.
Once the area is fully anaesthetised, your doctor uses very fine microcannulas (small, blunt-tipped tubes) through tiny entry points to gently draw out the unwanted fat. Because the cannulas are fine and blunt-tipped, the technique is designed to be gentler on the surrounding
tissue than traditional wider cannulas, with the aim of reducing bruising, bleeding and surface unevenness.
Immediately after the fat removal, on the same day, your doctor performs the ENDO Sculpt™ laser step. A fine laser fibre is passed just beneath the skin in the treated area, delivering carefully controlled thermal energy. The aim is to:
• Support collagen contraction and remodelling (neocollagenesis)
• Encourage the skin to tighten and re-drape over the newly sculpted contour
• Deliver controlled heat beneath the skin to further support tissue contraction Skin tightening is a gradual process. Because new collagen formation takes time, the tightening effect continues to develop over the weeks and months after your treatment, rather than appearing all at once.

pockets in people who are already near a stable, healthy weight. It is not designed for, and will
not produce, significant weight loss.
Yes. The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic. You will be comfortable and aware,
but the treated area will be numb.
Most patients describe soreness, aching and tightness rather than severe pain, managed with
simple pain relief. The first few days are usually the most uncomfortable.
Most patients take a few days to a week off, depending on the area treated and the nature of
their work. Strenuous or physical jobs may require longer.
Fat cells removed from the treated area are not expected to return; however, remaining fat cells
can still enlarge with weight gain, so maintaining a stable weight is important.
The entry points are very small. With good healing and sun protection, they usually fade to
barely visible marks. Patients prone to keloid or raised scarring should discuss this at
consultation.
